AGP was engaged to provide operational support the client and help turnaround a number of projects as well as oversee delivery of complex operations across a cluster of Games venues including the iconic Beach Volleyball Arena located in the Copacabana.
Provided strategic guidance and operational support in the delivery of a first-rate visitor experience, focusing on areas such as Look of the Games, Spectator and Sponsor Engagement, Wayfinding & Signage.
Carried out a detailed project review and scope verification exercise. Implemented project turnaround measures to improve efficiencies in supply chain, resource management and logistics operations.
